Thank you Air France and Saphir
My parent's just sent this having arrived in Prague from LAX with a short connection at CDG. We requested Saphir's help as my mom has a bit of mobility issue.
Air France was great- various of their personnel spent the 55 minutes we had between flights wheeling me (w/ Frank in tow) down back corridors, up and down private elevators, racing through crowds, putting us at the front of the bus queues, jumping the line at security, hailing private minibusses and finally putting us on a kind of high wheeled container that was driven out to our little plane (a 10 minute drive!) so I could be wheeled in from the back and didn't have to climb stairs. We arrived with (literally!) 2 /1/2 minutes to spare. NEVER would have made the flight without it. In fact, we never would have FOUND the flight-- that has to be the most confusing airport in the world with the different terminals miles and miles apart. Anyway, we got here though our bags didn't.
