So we can all get a handle on how they are going to work in the real world, how much they will cost, et c.
Post flight, date, route, original fare basis (T, T+, Lat, etc), and if known, seat inventory (i.e. J9, C7, Z5, I3). If you do upgrade, please also let us know how many empty J seats there were in the cabin, if any. And if you were considering a certificate upgrade, why or why you didn't opt for the LMU.
It would be helpful if this thread could be limited to "just the facts" and no discussion, which could be posted elsewhere. That should make this thread more useful for everyone.
Should anyone want to discuss LMU's further please post in this thread:

Psychic?
Was offered a $99 upgrade YYZ to YUL during online check-in on Tuesday morning, for my 8pm flight. It was going to be a long day, so I decided to go for it. Given the 6 hour delay in YYZ, spent in the lounge, not the terminal, it was worth it.

YYZ-NRT (AC001) Aug 10 - $849 offered OLCI 24 hours before departure.
Declined as I'm praying (but not realistically hopeful) that my certs will arrive in the mail on Monday.

...and, for what should be the maximum LMU, $899 for YVR -> SYD, no taxes.
At the 24hr OLCI, there was no I-space, and I wasn't able to upgrade at that time. Some additional I-seats got released this evening (-6 hr), with space listed as:
[KVS Availability Tool 5.0.2/Platinum - Apollo: Availability/ITN/US-MYP]
In the AC on-line check-in screen, there were lots of J seats left (at least 7).
I caved in, re-checked-in, and accepted the upgrade. It was a tough decision, as my initial S-class return ticket was $1400, all in (Tango Plus Seat Sale). But, gotta love the lie-flat seats. ^

AC289 YWG-YYC, $149, offer accepted.
Tough call, but a long week won out. It will be interested to see if there is actually a meal service or just the cheese plate. The scheduled time is 2:04 so according to Andrew's thread about upgrades to meal service, this flight should have 2 hot options...

YYZ-LHR AC858/17AUG from Tango $699. DEAL. I thought about calling to upgrade from T to T+ so I could use a SSWU, but in the end, I need that SSWU for something else, so after working a 1200-2030 I'm going to enjoy the comfy seat tomorrow night!

YVR-YOW T+ $349 + tax at OLCI 24 hrs out. Declined. Not worth it on an A320. Not sure of I space, but J=7, C=6, Z=5. My round trip ticket cost almost that much without taxes.
Edit: Offered again at the kiosk. There were 2 J seats empty, but one younger guy with a backpack had a messed up ticket (GA: "I'll fix his ticket later") and I guess they put him in one of the seats. He looked really confused when he got to his seat. Y was full as far as I could tell.

Flying YVR-HKG on Aug 21
Seatcounter shows I9 J9
No LMU offered at 24hr OLCI.
Too bad. Would have paid the $700 or $749 that LMU has been quoted at from previous posters for this route.
EDIT: Checked again. LMU offered this time. $849. Original fare is T+. Debating whether to take it or not.

YOW YVR
OLCI at T-23
$316 from T+ (GOC contract fare)
J4 C4
There were two op-ups at the gate and the gate failed to identify them to the In-charge, leading to some confusion as to which two people would go without meals.
