So we can all get a handle on how they are going to work in the real world, how much they will cost, et c.
Post flight, date, route, original fare basis (T, T+, Lat, etc), and if known, seat inventory (i.e. J9, C7, Z5, I3). If you do upgrade, please also let us know how many empty J seats there were in the cabin, if any. And if you were considering a certificate upgrade, why or why you didn't opt for the LMU.
It would be helpful if this thread could be limited to "just the facts" and no discussion, which could be posted elsewhere. That should make this thread more useful for everyone.
Should anyone want to discuss LMU's further please post in this thread:

My mother (age 92, blind and in wheelchair) escorted by my cousin coming to visit me - Tango fare
In departure lounge agent goes to my mother "Madam, since you are 92 and you look so good we would like to upgrade the 2 of you to business class at no charge"
Accepted!!
(Now you know the secret to getting free upgrades - travel with a blind 92 year old in a wheel chair!!)

YVR - YYZ $165 to PE, $565 to Business from a Flex Aeroplan fare.
Declined.
Had it been in the $100 range for a flight with no meal for domestic PE, I would have grabbed it.

LHR - YYZ on a V fare at t-22. 2400 GBP (~4350 CDN)
YYZ - YXE for same fare was 135 GBP (~$240). Interestingly, this is the cheapest LMU from YYZ-yxe that I have ever seen. Although I'm not sure if you had to buy the LHR-YYZ LMU to get this price.
Both declined. And no eups left so I'm flying economy
