Best steerage seat on AC2 NRT-YYZ?

I searched but found no other threads for this flight or class. I have reserved what seatguru defines as a good seat but it has no power or storage underseat. Hate to give up a good one (if I even get that assignment)

I've been in both 19D and 30D. The Bassinet was in 30G both times I flew, so if you are not flying with baby, you may be asked to more. Both are about the same, Had more people trying to cross in front of 19, than 30.

Often referred to as the 'winning lottery seats' 19C/19H - followed by any seat in row 18.

19C/19H - aisle seats with no seat in front - oodles of leg space
Row 18 - bulkhead seats with ample leg space.

The leg space in 19C/H sure is terrific although I found the complete absence of any storage space to be a downside (no seat pocket, no magazine, - actually, where was my safety card??). The fold away IFE screen was good, but there is no power outlet nor USB connection. Last night I booked another long haul but chose row 18 (not the centre block), based on my observation of those seats last week. The leg room looked to be more than enough and that space is not part of the aisle as it is for row 19.

Kepping my fingers crossed, hoping I win this weekend. Anyone sitting in my seat will be removed by their nosehairs
