Concierge service at O'Hare?

Was anyone able to reach one Friday March 2nd?

My AC (United Express codeshare) flight was cancelled and I was looking for some of the advertised "Additional support if ever your travel plans are disrupted." service. Given the weather situation I expect eveyone was quite busy but despite leaving 2 voicemail messages I never received a callback during the 6 hours I spent in the RC Lounge.

In my travels through ORD,the concierge service has worked quite well for me personally.

That is very unusual. AC concierges at ORD are usually very visible both at the gate and at check-in.
