Maybe just not a "powerful" hub.

Exclamation

Rather than having multiple running thread on the loyalty angle let's please save this thread for all non-loyalty info that came out of today's presentation and center the discussion about loyalty in the existing thread on that topic which is here:

As per RangerNS, not "powerful".

In page 37, however, it says "Hubs: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Calgary".

So universal order is restored.

I'd be interested in the details, of course:

Investments in Technology Driving Future Benefits

Passenger Service System
Principal IT system supporting reservations and departure control operations

Branded Fares
Re-introducing branded fares and fixed buy-across

This, coming from the airline whose website can't pull up my bookings through my FF number in the year 2017, is very rich:

77L leases up by 2021. Anyone think they're candidates for leaving, or are they still the best plane for the job where the 77W is a little too much?

No real indications in the presentation of what happens to the AC Rouge 767 and A319 fleets eventually.

Yes, slide 45... including enhanced BMW service! (It does not say if the BMWs are enhanced, or the service is enhanced)

From what I've gathered as flex capacity they will keep them as needed. If there is an economic downturn they have the option to let them go. I imagine if things stay relatively constant than they will stick around.
