I have AQD posting now but noticed that I was short on AQD for my itinerary by about 100.00 . Sent a email to AQD team and received a immediate response as follows
AQD is calculated based on the mileage for the entire itinerary, calculated in Great Circle Miles (GCM). As 2 Flight Pass credits were used for this booking, your ticket's total base fare amounted to $552.05, which have been distributed to each flight segment based on the mileage proportion it represented:
I have travelled this same route for a couple of years and never had this before, anyone know about this ?

Mine still doesn't. As there is no way to report this without submitting individual requests for 10 flights, with ticket numbers etc. it will likely just stay broken for me. I can't be bothered to try to do AC's job for them. I certainly don't need the AQD so whatever.

I was in your shoes as well, had over 20 segments missing (from flight passes), I reported 4-6, and the lady responded in the same day and posted ALL of them.

I had a few segments missing, and sent two request over the past couple weeks. Both requests were answered within 12-hrs but with different outcomes:
- First one (FP booking), AQDs were posted immediately;
- Second one (regular web booking), the lady told me they had some issues with AQD posting (really!) and it would be resolved soon, and not to worry.

I didn't have any problems with stuff posting earlier in June, but two flights I took, June 30th and July 3rd, have still not posted. Possibly because they were booked on a flight pass?

for what it's worth, I logged in this morning to find all my AQDs have disappeared. the 'dial' reset to zero overnight.
I've pinged them on fb and Twitter, but no reply yet.
I'd also had some flights 'pending' since mid-June. . . overall you could say I'm not happy with this enhancement.
