Latitude flight pass cancellation experince
I have the option of getting a nonstop flight today. Really tight timing...

Full Latitude flight pass.

What has been your experience if I don't make it by 5-10 minutes and I"m checked in? Is it likely I can still cancel and get the credit back?

NA Latitude pass.

If you are outside the window, no. Check-in is easy to cancel. Can you just get them to move you to the other flight?

If you're not going to make the flight, cancel check-in, then use the FP tool to move to a later one.
