Question 2017 Altitude Select Privileges - What did you choose?

Since some of you seem to always end up with expiring e-ups, and given the new option of select "Altitude Elite 50K status for a friend", this year's SE options may prove to be a lot more challenging than in year's past.

Nonetheless, regardless of the tier level you ended the year at, what did you select?

I'll go first:

Status Level - SE
Bundle 1 - 100% Altitude Bonus and 50 Eupgrade credits
Bundle 2 - 20 Eupgrade Credits and 6 ML Guest passes
Bundle 3 - 12 Eupgrade credits for eligible flight pass activities

Edit: Gifting of E50K has been available for the last 4 years. My bad.

...and same here... I don't think I've ever selected differently since these combos came into effect.

Looks like this is turning into a boring thread.

I also selected those options.

Perhaps if some mommies and daddies who gifted status as a selection could post here, then this thread might become less boring than the one million UA vs AC threads that are well-loved here!

When will the next sweep happen for status? I took my 50th flight on December 24 and it posted to my account about 2 weeks or more ago. I am hoping there is a January sweep for 2017-2018 status because I really want my E50K! Nothing yet by email from AC or Altitude.

I chose 50k for a friend. I have a few friends who could actually use it and I have way too many AE miles as it is and I'm not sure when I will get to use them, so the bonus doesn't feel worthwhile.

only 75K
did not take bonus miles, instead gifted 35k to my drinking Buddy who's new job will require a lot of domestic flying.

Hello, I did the same, with one exception; E 50K for my son. And by the way, this option has been available for about 4 years.

Same here as well - E50K equivalents, of course! Bonus miles, eUp credits and MLL passes.

+1

It was (slightly) more exciting last year when I got to pick privileges for every level from P25k to SE100k as the year went on.

Just to break the monotony, a non-SE response!

Bundle 1: 30 eUps, 50% Altitude bonus
Bundle 2: 10 eUps, aircanada.com Travel Options
Bundle 3: 8 eUp credits for Flight Pass activities

Oops, you're right. I completely forgot I gifted E50K to my sister a few years back.
