For out-of-towners, EIAA is seeing whether they can arrange for a discount at the Renaissance for rooms but that is still not finalized.
Parking for drivers will be free if you go to the hotel lot. EIAA will provide vouchers at the event.

Renaissance Hotel Deal
For out-of-towners, the Renaissance Hotel will have a special rate available that will require setting up an account with EIA Rewards and then you will receive the EIA Monthly Newsletter to get the January and February 2017 editions, using the code in it and bringing a print of it to the Hotel.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Tom Ruth cannot make February 8th.
