I prefer the 787 for daytime flights because of the bigger screen, better IFE (I absolutely love if the fake HUD view), wider seat and bigger windows.
Since I'm sleeping the 763/330 flights the window size is of no consequence to me, but during the daytime flights I love to look out the windows for a big portion of the flight. ^
