Yes, EF shows technical stop in ZRH for two straight days due to crew change. Must be a difficult few days for AC crew stuck in IST the past few days.

My two cents on the situation is 'you don't know who's a friend or enemy' and without knowing the politics there circumstances can change drastically very quickly

Well, for a revenue ticket I'd probably consider Premium Rouge to BUD.

FAA lifts ban on flights from Turkey.


FAA has lifted all restrictions on flights between the US and Turkey, enabling Turkish Airlines to resume flights to the US July 19.

The move rescinds a notice to airmen (NOTAM) issued July 16 in the aftermath of the failed coup attempt in Turkey ....

Has AC indefinitely cancelled its non stop YYZ-IST? I'm looking out in 2017 and can't seem to find anything (iPhone app glitch?)
