I think last year we would get 20 after every 10 or 20K eligible miles. This is quite a drop. My next threshold is 80,000...I wonder if it will also be just 10.

E50's get no more eupgrades until 100k
E75 & SE100 get another 10 at 80k
They really cut these back last year, but have partly compensated by reducing the number of eup's required for extended summer/winter periods (i.e when business travel is light), and gifting 10 to everyone at the end of last year.

E50s become E75s once they cross 75,000 so I think they in fact do get the additional credits at 80k, assuming early recognition. The more ridiculous issue is that once past 100k, additional thresholds are 40k apart. May or may not affect me - I might hit 120k, or not - but seems dumb in terms of how the really high flyers are treated.

In fact I received my generous 10 E-ups for crossing 60K already!

As an E50 who will cross 60K and 70K tomorrow, I will get the 10 credits.
But according to the chart, I will not receive any more this year even
though I will cross 80, 100, and possibly 120 AQM, since I will not
have the necessary AQD's to qualify for E75 or SE100.

The site doesn't make it very clear, but basically what they're saying is that the 80K threshold is not applicable to someone who has gone beyond E50K, not that E50Ks won't get the credits.

No. PB53x11 had it right. If you cross 80K, you will have already qualified for 75K and will get the credits. Same with 100K and beyond.

No, since I won't have the AQDs, even when I pass 80 or 100, I will still be E50.

If you cross 75k AQM and have at least 50% on AC metal, then you will early qualify for 2016 E75k. The AQD only applies to 2017 status. I early qualified for 2016 E35k a short while ago and didn't meet AQD.

It will be a few months till I find out, I expect to cross both 75k AQM and 100k AQM in Sept, I may have 37.5 AQM on AC by then.
