I've used Orbitz a few times to get the exact routing that I've wanted. There was also a time where ac.com was advertising a seat fare double than what Orbitz was, and for the same faretype. So I did it with Orbitz and saved a ton.

I by and large do not fly AC.
When I do, it is often through a consolidator.

Likewise. All business and flights hotel, etc go through concur.

I find my flights on ITA Matrix then book on aircanada.com or phone Reservations if the itinerary doesn't show on the website.
