The altitude Twitter account just sent out a tweet saying change fees will be waived due to CATSA delays.

Are they in a contract dispute?

Flew out of YTZ this morning and no issues with CATSA there. YYZ must be understaffed.

Wasn't there forecast Freezing Rain for this afternoon/evening? Maybe the facilities constraint is that the full complement of anti-ice runway maintenance vehicles are not available.

The travel alert specifies that it's due to delays in CATSA screening

Just came through domestic T3 security. Was a complete non-event so not sure what all the fuss is about.
