Will there be operational invitees? i.e. those that show and wait to replace those who are on list and are no shows?
Will there be a standby list?
Is seating according to status or preferred seating. Zones??Meals by status
Is there a possible up-gauge?
What happens if there is a mechanical? Weather related issues?
Will there be a rebate/coupon if entertainment system is not working?

Ya, we can do a waitlist for sure. All it might mean is missing out on party favours as they have a lead time.

I would have loved to get to know you guys at this special YVR DO. But this is my B-day weekend and I'm pretty sure my SO has something planned. I don't think it would go down well if I were to say "hey hon, I'm heading to YVR this WE to meet new friends"

My birthday is June 1. I had to tell my GF I was hosting an FT party. She has helium balloons at her store each day, except that day there was a lead one.
