So basically, I have no idea why it was cancelled.
But the fact that 860 was cancelled says a lot as to why 861 was.
Now... why 860 is cancelled is: BRD/OFF POINTS REQUIRED THIS FLIGHT

AC861/25JAN cancelled as the inbound never left YHZ the night before, due to weather and the crew timing out. As the transatlantic loads are generally light this time of year, it's easier to cancel and re-protect on other flights than re-crew and operate with long delays.
