Aeroplan No Longer Offering Disney Swan?

Aeroplan No Longer Offering Disney Swan?
Hi all, the last few years we've used our Aeroplan points to book at the Disney Swan hotel (and the Disney Dolphin). But when I go on the aeroplan page, regardless of what travel dates I put in, neither of these hotels are listed. Have they been taken away from the program???
