Something wrong with Superelite line at 12AM PST - very long waits
Something wrong with Superelite line after hours... the wait time is very long. Trying to wait for an agent... it's about 12AM PST (or 3AM EST) right now.... and have been holding for quite some time. Trying to make a reservation.
From what I noticed, I think there is something up with the system. Right after you call in and press 1, there's a bit of music, and then there is a noticeable gap / silence before the music plays again. Never happened before. It's almost as if it "failed" to route the call or something.
Anyone else notice the same issue?
