Actually, I don't.

While I can think of dozens of things to complain about, I find AC service to be good to excellent most of the time.

I believe that AC delivers great service. I don't have a single complaint about it.

You need to elaborate. Are you referring to in-flight service, overall AC service, call center wait times, etc?
I do not hate the inflight service, in fact I think its better than the NA competition including FA service, IFE and menu. I do not have a long wait for the call center as the Elite numbers seem to be answered fairly quickly, I got thru in 5 mins yesterday. Seat selection online for tickets purchased elsewhere is a annoying issue as is YQ charges on redemption, copay on TPAC/TATL and other peeves. But hate, definitely not.

Never had an issue, infrequent flyer here. Maybe the FA who got a little too flustered over a non-critical medical issue but then on the return a really nice FA handled a self-entitled passenger who demanded that she be upgraded to J but couldn't for some reason do so through the proper channels. She went on for over 5 minutes but the FA was top notch, I would not have been so nice!

Wasn't AC staff voted the least rude in NA recently?

Oh wait........

AC service is fine for what it is. Is it spectacular? No. Is it terrible? No.
Can it be good or bad depending on the day and ones attitude. Sure.
It's just like any other airline.

On a world scale, it's mediocre, but certainly not hateable

No issues with service - 99% of my travel is transborder and I'll choose AC over the US carriers any day of the week. I'll even fly rouge if I can be sure my upgrade will clear.

The only US Carrier that is comparable/better that I fly is JetBlue (for domestic US flights)

Hate is a strong word - but some serious room for improvement (to be honest - I've been very lucky with Aeroplan bookings the last 18 months - I know that is not typical)

Never said I love AC (can't really think of any company I would use that word on and certainly not any airline).
