Please note that while the conversion of Membership Rewards® points from American Express Cardmember accounts into Aeroplan Miles is still possible, it is not eligible for this bonus mile promotion.
Didn't expect Amex to count for promo but don't like the word "still."

Unless things had changed since the previous rule, you will indeed get 25000 + 4000 bonus. Hence, for those who do plan to convert SPG to Aeroplan for this promo, if you have 40K, you will get 60K Aeroplan in total.

I am with SPG also ............... just curious if you all consider this a good deal? Personally, I don't plan on using the miles for quite some time but not sure if I should unload some from SPG to get the deal?............another part of me is actually worried what AC/Aeroplan might do to this program at any given time without warning. You never know one day from the next what is going to happen so I would hate to transfer a bunch of miles then see something happen with the program.
Maybe I'm just paranoid but these award programs seem to make these decisions overnight!
