Is there a set date yet?
Pretty much only Wednesdays or Thursdays are best for me although the rest of April I am not here on Thursdays/Fridays.

Nothing set in stone yet. Just trying to get a poll going on people's availability.

So far its either Weds (as usual) or Fri/Sat.

Probably look to have it last week of April or First week of May.

If it happened on the evening of Apr 25th or May 9th or the afternoon of the 10th I could attend. Midweek will not work for me, but understand weekend is not ideal for many.

Actually I'm passing through town and have all day on the 9th May open so am in if we can confirm this date. Would enjoy attending a YYZ Do and meeting a bunch of locals if possible.

Already had May 9 blocked off for drinks with visiting FTer so works for me.

Good! I land late on the 8th and am staying at the Sheraton Gateway that night but caught a decent rate downtown at the CY on the Fri. night 9th May so anywhere downtown on the Fri. works for me.

I could probably do May 9 too. I guess I'd take the red-eye on Thursday night and work in Toronto Friday... I've never tried a transcon red-eye followed by a day of work before
