IMO, it is worth getting 2000 more miles to hit E75K. My favorite benefit this year after hitting E75K is free exit row on flex fares. That's a huge deal. Now, as soon as I book my ticket, I select 18A on the A320, 19A on E190, 14A on A321. This way I have loads of leg room, now one reclining into me and power at my seat. I am never 'disappointed' if my eup doesn't clear anymore.

You're crediting to the wrong airline

But when are your ELP trips? I have one on Nov 2 and one on Nov 9. Then I'm done all my mileage runs for the year

Too bad that other airline won't match me from Errorplan

I guess my writing is that bad eh. I've already done my penance at ELP on 9/7 and 9/21. Now I get to look forward to MKE 10/26, PDX 11/2, 11/9, and BOS 11/16

Too bad you're going back to YYZ on American Thanksgiving. Wanna change your plans and visit LHR with me for a few days? That should push me to SE territory

I didn't click the link, because I knew what it was, and I didn't feel like deciphering your notes (again). Why don't you just use a spreadsheet

As for London, I know there were some sales, but the cheapest I'm finding for PE/Business is over $2000, which is a little more than I had planned to spend that weekend

The best user interface is always pen(cil) and paper

I was planning on flying whY class for ~1200 and playing aerolotto since this is the last year i can try e-up'ing without a co-pay

Hmmm.….. You're not trying very hard to convince me. If that would let me drop next week's MR, it might actually be worth it

LGA-YYZ-LHR return is around $1,700 in business on AC over US Thanksgiving. Still seems to be availability. And you don't even need a Saturday stay.

OMG, you're right I see it for $1617 with AC, or booking through UA/LH but operated by AC. US airways has it for 1628, but no bonus miles re: status. AA, Delta, KLM and AF also have it in the 1650s. I might be down for this but does US have lie flat?

does anyone want to do this LHR thing on US airways with me?! I can get you a friends and family deal at Marriott, so fairly cheap hotel, and have confirmed the flight has lie flight.

Oh right, it's 150% status mileage. I thought it was 125% for Z.

LGA to YUL = 500

YUL to YYZ = 500

YYZ to LHR = 3540

Total = 4540

Roundtrip = 9080

Multiply by 1.5 = 13,620

It's available 26, 27, 28, 29 (and returning two days after departure), I'm sure you can find slightly longer stays.
