YYZ Rapidair desk and escalators
Just a couple of random questions that have been bugging me for a while:
So when you get down the from security in YYZ T1 domestic, there is a Rapidair desk that does not seem to be used/staffed anymore. Why not?
And to the right of the desk are some roped off escalators that go down somewhere - where do they go?

The roped off escalators take you down to the bus bay, where the buses used to take you to the mid-field terminal.
Not sure about the Rapidair desk, never seen it staffed.
