My Country(South Korea), many people have Aeroplan miles, because of 20,000 miles per roundtrip economy, 30,000 miles per roundtrip business.
But, it will be hard to get the business class seat. Also, operating airlines have fuel surcharge.
Do you have a miles for Aeroplan? I think some of American have it, because they living in my country area etc.
Welcome Kwang Su I think anyone reading this will have no idea what you are trying to convey to the FT community:
So is it that:
1. You dont like Aeroplan
2. You dont like America
3. Aeroplan is not only for Americans, it is for all people all over the world.
4. There is no such program as AMERICA, it is either Aeroplan or AMERICAN ADVANTAGE for American Airlines
Now if you hate Aeroplan I don't blame you.

I think his post is saying that he has read that Aeroplan is not that good in America, however he thinks in South Korea it is good.
I hope you realise that, just as Canada and the United States are different countries, South Korea and North Korea are as well..
And I don't see how you could read "You dont like America" from his post.
He never said "United States", he said "America".
"America" is not a country. It is a group of continents. The United States of America are a union of states on one of the America continents.

If you refer to the post I quoted, my comment was directed at "PyongYang code". Pyongyang being the capital of The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), I assume referenced as a slight on the OP (from South Korea) due to his hard to understand post.

Ok it was actually not hard to understand but on the contrary the post did not make any sense at all and I was just trying to clarify a few points, there is no such program as AMERICA.

a landmass in the western hemisphere that consists of the continents of North and South America joined by the Isthmus of Panama. The continent was originally inhabited by American Indians and Inuits. The northeast coastline of North America was visited by Norse seamen in the 8th or 9th century, but for the modern world the continent was first reached by Christopher Columbus in 1492.

used as a name for the United States.
I think it's fair to say while you're also correct, "America" can be used in place of "United States of America".
I'm amused that the only one of those three that put USA as the first definition was dictionary.com.
I suppose after people use a word/name for something for a long enough time, it gains a definition. Oh well.

Gee, the OP's native language is not English, don't lash out.
In any case, from my understanding the OP is just mentioning that Aeroplan is pretty good for trips within asia. At 20K and 30K for Y and J tickets respectively, it seems better than redeeming miles within North America.
