Just looking to making a booking and found that AC now rebranding Tango plus to be called Flex? And if I mouse over the Latitude fare header, it says Rouge flights earn less status miles?
Maybe everyone hates tango fares so much, they decided to rebrand T+ to something that sounds potentially better?
Given that Tango fares can now be had worldwide and the price differentials to T+, I'm not surprised they are rebranding T+. It's a pretty hard sell to get people to pay $500 more for full 100% status-miles + a lottery entry.
Hopefully they make some changes to the bucket to make it reflect it's new names; as right now, T+ fares are anything but flexible. While full flexibility obviously won't happen (that's what Latitude is for), small things like free same-day changes or more liberal stopover rules (on TATL/TPAC fares) would be welcome.

Very misleading name for someone new (or infrequent) to AC.

Just tried a dummy booking ICN-YYZ return in 'flex' and now see under changes:
"Prior to day of departure - Changes are permitted free of charge, subject to availability. Changes can be made up to 2 hours prior to departure."
Which sounds great. But then when you click on the complete fare rules, you're met with:
CHANGES
BEFORE DEPARTURE
CHARGE KRW 70000 FOR REISSUE/REVALIDATION.
BEFORE DEPARTURE OF JOURNEY-FOR OUTBOUND CHANGES
-THE NEW BASE FARE AMOUNT MUST BE RECALCULATED
USING CURRENT AND APPLICABLE FARE IN EFFECT AT THE
DATE OF ISSUANCE.CHARGE DIFFERENCE IN FARE PLUS
CHANGE FEE. CHANGE FEE IS SUBJECT TO EACH CHANGE
TRANSACTION-REISSUE/REVALIDATION.
So either IT hasn't updated everything yet (quite likely), or one of these two statements is incorrect.

You shouldn't have to dig around fare rules to find out that a 'Flex' fare isn't so flexible. SQ's levels - Flexi Saver and Flexi - are much more user-friendly labels.
Although I do not have a screen capture of what it look like before this change, but when I take a look of the following info off AC web site, it does look about the same as before, just the word "Tango Plus" changed to "Flex".
The "Refundability" and "Any-time change" policy with a fee is always available for Int'l ticket.

The good news here seems to be that Flight Passes remain unchanged except for the rebranding. Flex FP still books in M bucket, and M still remains cheaper to upgrade than all other Flex buckets. Perhaps this was the reason they were holding off on defining "eligible flight pass activities" for status bundle 3?
