Seat 9A on 333. Window or not? (seatguru says not)

I know, I know, same old question - hard to search in the forum as most of the words are too small to be used.

Been awhile since taken a 333 flight and I've got the option between 9A and 13A or 13K. I'm currently in 13A but 9A is still open. Only reason I haven't moved there is that Seatguru says there is no window at 9A. Is this actually true as I don't remember seeing this in the past? Or is it one of the rows where the window is missing but you still have 1.5 of them?

I'm currently the only one seated in the mini-cabin

I believe there's one less window at 9A. Not no window, but simply one less. Anyways, for takeoff and landing, it's better to look through the window of the person sitting in front of you.

I'm sat in 9A right now on a A330. It has no window.

No window eh? Okay thanks. Yeah Jan that's what I thought but I guess Easyto says no. 13 it is! I hate the darkness of no window.

Not sure about the 767 but 6A & 6K (last row in the front compartment) on the 77L / 77W only has one window, maybe you thought of that one.

Besides, 13A on a 333 is the best seat in the entire AC fleet.

Why? It is still available on my next flight... but I usually prefer the front cabin...

Thanks

Most room, most privacy, most quiet.

What about crying babies right behind you, isn't row 18 equipped for bassinets?

Very possible with the babies. Another downside to Row 13 is you'll be one of the last to be asked for meal preference (unless you're SE or 1MM).

I now prefer the last row of the front cabin on AC 77W/77L/333 just to get a meal choice.

9A (333) or 6A (777) get my vote

Notwithstanding the massive, wraparound barrier between 13A and the first row of economy and the bassinets, that's what earplugs and noise-cancelling headphones are for. In a gazillion trips in 11A on a 777 (the equivalent of 13A on a 333) I never once noticed any noise from the econo section, even without headphones and/or earplugs. To me it was always a non-issue.

And as SE I always got my meal choice. (In fact, I think when taking orders by status, they start at the back.)

Those of you who like 9A. You willingly choose no window? Just wondering, or if I'm missing something.

I tend to feel powerless when I can't control my own window shade
