can't find any OZ award bucket from Aeroplan

Asiana Airlines award flights disappeared not from the rador, but from the Aeroplan seach engine? Does anyone know the reason? Aeroplan does not show any oz flight.

did you check if the flights are available via united.com or ANA?

Only Aeroplan does not display OZ fflights.
Both MP and ANA show lots of availability.
I can't see why this happens.

Aeroplan doesn't show everything that's out there. If it shows on ANA, you can book it through a call centre agent (99% of the time anyway).

I was just trying to book either LAX-ICN or ORD-ICN in OZ F, but the aeroplan agent said they weren't showing up despite the fact that they were showing up across the board on the united awards site. I finally gave up and went with ORD-NRT in NH F.

I am new to ANA for search *A availability. Do you need to have points in the ANA account before you can search it?

No, just register for an ANA account. Then follow the instructions here: http://thepointsguy.com/2011/06/how-...-availability/ . Basically, search something like SFO to NRT. Then after you get the results the search using star alliance member partners will activate for you. Hope that helps.

I was noticing the same thing. A week or so ago, the aeroplan site showed OZ on just about everything leaving ICN. Now, it doesn't, as far as I can tell.

I just got off the phone with an Aeroplan agent who said their system was having technical difficulties with booking OZ reward flights for the last few weeks. They are unable to book either online or at the call center. I asked if he could place a phone call to Asiana to book, and he said no.
I asked if they were working on the problem, and he said yes.
I asked if he had any idea how long it would be; weeks? months? he said no.
I have the feeling he didn't have a clue, but was able to confirm at least it is a problem, (not intentional) and they are aware of it.
I hope they fix this problem SOON! I need to book a flight in Jan.
Any updates or further information would be appreciated.

Ask them to try and long-sell the award. They will know what this means.

Asiana redemption seats for AP (not showing on website?)

Hey all,

Have been searching for OZ seats on the AP website, and can't find any.

I can see seats on ANA and UA, but not on AP. Is this usual?

I doubt it's phantom, am I right?

Have found some great flights I'd like to redeem on.

Thanks!

The AP search tool will not give you all the flights you want. There are some websites that you can subscribe to that will search and let you know of any seats once they become available.

At the end you will have to call AP to book your flight.
