AC 880 on Sept 20
AC 880 on September 20 (YYZ - CDG) is showing J 0 on flightstats.com. Seems strange so far in advance. Can anyone comment on that?

Seat map shows all but 2 seats assigned... looks valid to me.

A while ago I had a usually reliable AC838 (YOW - FRA) upgrade on a Tuesday night snuffed out by what appeared to be some large Russian government delegation flying home paying for every single J seat in the cabin.
Stuff happens ;)

AC 880 on Sept 20
It happens a lot. Most recently on a leg I had to and from ICN.

I am mostly a domestic flyer so I was surprised to see J 0 more than 30 days before the flight.

AC 880 on Sept 20 is now showing J7, but the seat map on the AC website only shows two open seats. Can that be right?

Fear
Fear over a Lufthansa strike perhaps?

I think that because AC plan to oversold. So I guess they think there is a chance of a max of 5 no-show or last minute change customer on J for this flight - at least for this date.

Supposedly AC does not oversell J. So, should not happen. Likely an IT issue, surprise surpise.
