where is the scamcharge coming from?

where is the scamcharge coming from?
I just booked the following AE reward in J class:
ICN-BKK on TG
open jaw
CGK-TPE on BR
less than 24 hour stopover
TPE-ICN on OZ
I was charged $166 in YQ with total taxes/fees 191.90.
I thought all 3 of these airlines are scamcharge-free, so where is the YQ
coming from?

TG and OZ are definitely not scamcharge free.
