ZNZ-DAR - How early to arrive before a DAR - International Flight?

ZNZ-DAR - How early to arrive before a DAR - International Flight?
I am looking at a ZNZ-DAR flight that departs at 14:30 and arrives at 14:50 on Coastal Aviation.
I have a ET flight from DAR - ADD at 16:45.
Will this be enough time? Is that ZNZ - DAR generally on time?

Also you need to change terminals in Dar es Salaam as the coastal flight will arrive in the domestic terminal 2 and your ADD fight leaves from international terminal 1. The transfer is quick but you will have to walk (30min min), take a cab Tsh5000 or ask Coastal for a transfer to the international terminal.
There are many many flights from ZNZ to DAR by coastal and other bush airlines as they are all Caravan flights.
I would try to get on a flight a bit earlier as it is Africa and especially Tanzania.
But you should have enough time!

Thanks all, sometimes I forget TIA.
We changed our flight to the 13:00 flight arriving at 13:20, which should give us lots of time to get on our international 16:45 flight.
We are on a RTW trip, so not worth screwing up the ticket for an extra hour in ZNZ.
