Anyone know the process at Entebee? Any forms I should print out like in Kenya? Any reason to spend the bucks to get it beforehand? Connections to domestic flight are not tight!

Thanks

No need to get a visa in advance. Forms are provided onboard your inbound flight. I've often gotten through before my luggage came out on the carousel. The fee is, I believe, still $50--make sure you have a recent-issue bill in clean condition. Enjoy your trip!

Indeed - no Visa required prior to arrival as obtaining one at the Airport is pretty straightforward. Depending on where you will be coming from - you will need to show Proof of Yellow Fever Vaccination. Visa Fees are currently USD 50.00 payable in cash. USD Notes in Uganda should be 2006 or more recent. Should you wish to exchange USD in local currency, exchange bureaus will accept older notes - but at a lower exchange rate. The same applies for smaller denominations, for example the exchange rate for USD 1,2,5,10 or 20 notes is considerably lower than for USD 50 & 100 Notes.

Bolded above is very important. Also, the crisper (not wadded up) the bill, the better. I was given a hard time once about a bill that wasn't the newest looking bill, but was after 2006.
