gold circle credit card holder?
Just checking.
Will having the BOI Business credit card which includes gold circle lounge access get me BA lounge access in IAD when flying EI economy out of IAD?

The BOI gold card allows access to all lounges used on the network.

IAD not on that list
Seems pretty clear I'd agree, but just a bit concerned since IAD is not on that list.
seems like a pretty good chance I'm entitled to access the BA lounge - but would have loved to have something more than hope on my side.... I guess I will have to do check-in at the airport in order to ask at the desk for a lounge invitation rather than OLCI.

List is out of date.
The privileges for a BoI Gold Circle Credit card are the same as a normal Gold Circle card

I have the BOI card but I use my GC card routinely. However a colleague who only has the BOI card reports no problem using the card at the GC desks/ fast track security and priority boarding in Dub. Don't know about LHR but in theory it should work the same as DUB.
