Arriving into LHR from DUB

Arriving into LHR from DUB
Apologies in advance for these amateur queries...
This will be my first time flying EI from DUB to LHR, indeed my first time using LHR T2 also.
What LHR T2 gate does EI 164 usually arrive in at? (and presumably with the Common Travel Area there is no security/immigration etc to contend with?)
Then, how long from there to the Heathrow Express platform?
I will be travelling without luggage & will aim to run as fast as I can! (Yes, I'll be in a rush into London!)

Im not sure of the exact gate number, but its a very short distance to the baggage claim area and exit through customs.
Ive done from exiting the plane door to heathrow express platform in under 10 mins.
