A3: May I trust you w/ my life? I need only coherence and clarity

I need to book a return flight with you, and if sucessful, several more.
And I want to do so as a member of your FQ programme, to which, perhaps evidently to some, I wish to adhere.
Your system does not even allow a query unless it fits in your self-defined list of queries. I find no other options to contact you.
You are showing many signs of the paranoid, the frit. Can I trust you as an airline with my life?
At a time of your convenience, please let me know when I may do this.

And so are you.
I suggest, given the time of year, that you do so within 36 hours, or, commercially, dddiiieee.

PaulRO, I'm guessing this may be your first visit to the A3 forum, in which case welcome!
You may not be aware, but A3 does not have any official representation on FT, so your direct plea to them is unlikely to be heard.

It literally takes one click from the homescreen to get to the "Contact Us" page which lists no less than 12 local numbers to try as well as the corporate switchboard.
