I suspect that this may be from an official source, as the numbers are slightly different from the Great Circle Mapper, and match the actual earning rates exactly. At least for the few flights I tested

The original file is in Excel where I have included the formulas for calculating mileage in Silver & Gold tiers so it can be easily updated if the figures are changed but regretfully I could not upload it so I converted it to PDF instead.
I think that it will become handy for mileage runs.

I think A3 also operate some flights out of LCA and SKG to Europe, it would be great if you can add them on the list for us please
