Question *A award and long stopover

Just called A3 to book an award ticket and wanted a long stopover, the agent was not able to help.

Any tips?

A3 doesn't allow stopovers on award tickets

They should allow less than 24 hours of the ticket is *A. I believe it's even stated on the website. Why not try again with a different agent?

I recently booked an award ticket Tokyo - Seoul - Manila, with 23 hours stop in Seoul, no problem at all bookiing as one ticket. But I looked up flights before, and told the agent eactly which flights i want booked.

Then it's not a stopover, but a connection. Don't use the word stopover and try a different agent.

Yep. Thanks.
In fact no "real" stopover allowed but 24 hours max connections.
Booked it : HKG > SIN > BKK for 21K miles + 87euros taxes in C with SQ (with a 23 hours stop)

Happy!

But i confirm you have to come with the flights numbers... if not, sounds more complicated but i guess depends of the agents.

In American English yes. Elsewhere connection or the local language translation is more common.
