Yes, that would cover her four required sectors. They have to be on Either Aegean or Olympic so you should be OK going anywhere in the combined network.
The midday flight out of CDG on 13th seems to be a lot cheaper than on 12th but I can't see anywhere particularly cheap at a quick glance - you're looking at around 250 Euro return wherever you go. Of course, you also need to find flights with award availability for yourself which might not be so easy!
Typical "cheaper" destinations in Greece are HER, CHQ, SKG. For an international connection (based on price), try LCA, IST or somewhere in the Balkans - OTP, SOF and BEG are usually quite cheap. The cheapest I can see for those dates is CDG-ATH-SKG, out on 13th and back on 16th - 230 Euro. Thessaloniki is a really nice city and well worth a short visit. EDIT: You could do Rhodes or Chania for 209 Euro return on those dates or Heraklion out on 13th and back on 15th. There won't be much going on in Rhodes winter but it's still nice (I spent Christmas there once). Chania is nice at any time and very manageable. That'd be my choice.

Careful! March 14 is Καθαρά Δευτέρα (Rosenmontag, Green Monday, etc.) the first long weekend in the beginning of spring. This means that many Greeks use the opportunity to leave the cities. That explains high prices, and mind reduced availabilities (both paid and award), and hotels in places like Chania and Rhodes.

4 segments on A3
So we have to do our jaunt. We will land in LHR at 8:35am Apr 28 and need 4 segments. We are open to exploring any European city but we need to land back in London on May 1 to catch our TG flight to Asia at 12:30pm. Any suggestions more than welcome.

If anyone is quick, LAX-ARN for $96 o/w on SAS is quite a good deal for miles. Check general mileage run deals forum!

I'm afraid you've picked the worst period of the year: May 1 is Greek Easter this year and a) A3 flights (both domestic and international) will be simply packed (you'd have to book now) and b) horrendously expensive.

I just needed help as to which would be the best option for me in terms of a Greek destination.

Well, then, best in terms of number of flights and something to do in the evening, I'd say SKG or HER. Still, book your flights asap!

Separate tickets
Will I make it?
Athens to LHR Arrival at 11:15am with A3
Departing LHR at 12:30pm on TG
Will A3 tag our luggage to connect onto TG and is that enough time to connect in LHR?

But isn't A3 & TG in the same terminal in LHR? And we will just be transiting or do we have to go through immigration?

I don't think that, coming from a European airport (based on tens of flights), I have ever arrived at LHR on time, independent of airline flown: I was always offered between a minimum of one and a maximum of five nice sightseeing circles above Kent. Then taxiing, then you're left with really very little time. But if you're an optimistic person, why not try it...
