Miles posted in account but not calculated towards tier miles
Hello everyone,
I have flown on SQ on 24th November and the miles have posted in my M&B account but it is not counted towards tier miles.
I have no idea on what to do. I believe 24th Nov falls under new system. Please let me know your opinions.

I think A3 system does not work normally. How about contacting to A3?
