The same, I think. Certainly the last time I took a LH outbound, AC inbound the YQ was broadly similar. I'd imagine UA/US would be the same.

Bizarrely, only for earning - redemptions are still possible. With the AA/US merger continuing apace with the imminent merger of FFPs, this seems unlikely to last much longer though.

Not quite true - AA & US currently maintain separate operating licenses. As I said in the post above, US is still a redemption partner for A3, but not an earning one.

A3 redemption one way ticket

I have never redeem miles on A3 directly so now have a question of understanding how it works actually:

-would like to book a one way with 2 segments BUD ATH FCO. This should cost in E flex around 10x distance well then 1400 milesx10/2 but min 9k miles as it is a one way ticket? is that correct?
- I understand that YQ on intraeuropean flghts are minimal?
