Still nothing, but now on my system after the miles&bonus update i have the following voice too:
1 24/11/2014 - - - Card Renewal 0 0
I hope they will still send me the luggage TAG...
Is this a normal waiting time? My Blue card arrived around 2 weeks after the card printing day (end of the month).
Now for the gold it has passed already 4 weeks since end of October...

I logged in the A3 website and I found this
I checked it on the Android app and it seems the expiring date on the card is 24/01/2016.....I gain 24 more gold days than the others
Btw, I don't understand the "Card Renewal"........and also, why there are "**" before Lisbon?
I'm quite sure there weren't before

It is referred elsewhere that all new cards expire 24/01/2016. There is no card expriring 24/11/2015 (maybe because they would need to resend all the new cards at that moment).

I also was upgraded in mid October and then saw the card renewal on Nov 24 but have not received my card yet. I am in Canada. It will probably take another month.

Gold Card - never received card!!
Hi All
I was upgraded to Gold in October, but never received the card! I emailed M&B a few times, never got an answer.
It's really annoying, working on something for a year and not even able to fully profit (as I fly with my M&M again now...)!
Anyone had a similar experience? Any tips?

So far as I know, due to the changes in the M&B programme as of the 24th of November, no "old" cards have been send in the months up to the change in the programme as anyway everyone will get new cards issued! I would guess all of us would get the new cards somewhere in January depending on location.
This topic will have valuable information for you what to expect based on other experiences pre- the programme change. A screenshot of your online M&B status, or better, if you put you M&B account number at each flight booking (so it will show *G on your boarding pass) will already get you the benefits while you wait for the real card to arrive.

I agree to that. I did not need my card when flying out ZRH with LH recently as my M&B number was already given during flight booking. And I got all *A gold benefits (lounge, priority baggage etc) even without the physical gold card. And one long haul segment was even upgraded to business.

I am in the same boat. Upgraded to GOLD in October and Renewed on Nov 24th.
I am hoping for a Xmas present in the mail this month from Agean.
January to April I will not be at my mailing address so am really hoping they mail them out NOW.

I got Gold status last year and my card expired at the end of December 2014. Still waiting for my new card.

I think I was supposed to get gold in sept/oct/nov, don't really remember my last flight credited to a3. My gold status shows up in the app, but I've heard lounges require the physical card. Hopefully I'll get mine in 2015 also
