Looks like it is the Chinese version of LCAH, with some Chinese specific brands added: https://en.huazhu.com/
It is apparently possible to convert LCAH point to HuaZhu Rewards points https://www.accorhotels.com/gb/leclu...nditions.shtml

This is all nice and well but at time of publication it is still impossible to book all those brands via the accorhotels.com website. It is also misleading to suggest that all brands are covered by Le Club (actually while I type you can't book any hotel as the website is down yet again).
