Any benefits at Suite Novotel?
 

As a Le Club Plat, will I get any benefits while staying at a Suite Novotel (Geneva)? Officially, I believe not.
Internet is already free, but can I ask/expect an hour or so later check out or maybe a welcome drink?
I think upgrades are out of the question, but maybe if they're fully booked, do Plats get upgraded or are protected from overbooking?

Big fat zero unfortunately. Accor haven't figured out yet that even a small gesture would be nice for their loyal customers: a drinks voucher or indeed late check out would not go amiss.

In case of overbooking you should be the very last person to get walked but then again staff would need to understand what Le Club Platinum means, that unfortunately is still a challenge even at hotels that offer perks.....

Suite Novotel hotel rooms are all prefabs, hence no upgrade. They are all the same.
