Does Avis use CA to denote Air Canada?

I recently flew to YYZ and rented a car from Avis. After returning the car, I noticed on my receipt the letters "CA" in front of my Aeroplan account number. Is "CA" the right code, or should it be "AC"?

Oddly enough, CA is Avis' code for Air Canada.
