Agree completely. Doug has reversed none of his ill-fated decisions since September, 2005. He is so driven to ignore solutions presented by his customers, complaining is simply pointless. As many have stated, simply leaving is the only solution: you thusly help them and really help yourself.

...that is the usual response by US executives denying reality. People who have finally given up simply do not call. At some point they will finally acknowledge that their clock has been cleaned, and they could have stopped it. Other airlines want to survive enough that they will not "follow".
When was the last time that US Airways was "followed" by any competitor in ANY meaningful manner?
