I spoke with Thai Air agent today who confirmed my August flight is cancelled. Spoke with Aeroplan who says their system has not yet been notified, and no one is willling to pick up phone and confirm with Thai Air because that is "not policy"!!! I'm afraid by the time they receive notification from Thai Air, all available alternate flights will be filled. No one at Air Canada seems to feel the least concern at being left out of the loop. They say wait a few days, and their system will probably be notified.
