Tel Aviv - Zurich (Business Class June 2008)

First Course
Seasonal Salad with balsamic and olive oil dressing

Main Course
Chicken breast filled with spinach and goat's cheese in a
mornay sauce accompanied by vegetable linguini
or
Poached trout with leek, potato and dill sauce served with
asparagus, carrot batons and Anna potatoes
or
Risotto patties with Gorgonzola in a tomatoe sauce accompanied
by ratatouille and grilled mushrooms

Cheese
A selection of cheeses with fruit

Dessert
Tiramisu with raspberry sauce

Selection of bred rolls with butter

Coffee - Tea

As always the catering from TLV was nothing special and especially the quality of the main ocurse and dessert very disapointing. The service on my flight was excellent though
