True. (But most legacies won't endorse anymore unless you are top tier and paid a full fare - lot's of infrequent travelers get screwed every day. In fact it is probably worse than on WN because WN generally has more frequent service.)

Nice to know. Though I mostly fly WN on routes that directly compete with UA, and WN whips their butt most every time.
