I actually grew up in Franklin

I'd recc either the bus leaving from Framingham or one of the 7x daily buses leaving from d-town Providence.

What I usually did was drive to Chappaqua NY (2 1/2 hrs from Medway) and catch the commuter rail (1 hour ride) into NYC from there. Free parking in Chappaqua last time I was there..
