As I wrote above: you can perfectly serve dinner/breakfast to pax WITHOUT full illumination, songs and bell. Dimmed lights, quiet conversation,... It can be done discretely. Even LH manages. And that's the thing: what world do we live in where the Germans do things more discretely than the Swiss?
